Lose for Good Campaign/Miles for Piles

I've decided this year for the Lose For Good Campaign I am going to do something different. I'm calling it Miles for Piles; meaning I'll donate one item for every one mile I run for the seven weeks of this campaign.
I am on maintenance so I don't have pounds to lose in order to donate one pound of food for each pound of weight I lose; but I wanted to offer something!
I'm going to love racking up miles to feed our nations' hungry.

The way I stay ahead of my hunger:
1. have the right kinds of food in my environment
2.do NOT have my trigger foods around
3.eat often if I need to...3 meals plus snacks!
4.eat the Filling Foods to make sure I get the most for my points
